This mat is great for cross training. I have to wear sneakers during my workouts and if I use a regular yoga mat my shoes shred the mat. This mat is very durable and I like the extra width. It has saved my elbows from all of the low planks I am doing. It's cushy but durable enough for my shoes.We needed a large Mat for the use of P.T.,Making it more comfortable for our therapist to be on the floor with our grandmother etc... Smiles all around, everyone appreciated the size of the new mat.This mat is absolutely everything I could have wanted and more. It is clearly well designed and high quality material. The carrying bag the packaging etc: all excellent. So happy I chose this size. I almost went with another brand because I thought I needed something larger. Thankfully I didn’t because anything larger would have overpowered my space. Also I have a rug that I can throw overtop this if I get tired of looking at it! I am an extremely particular person. I have read reviews and have researched a variety of mats for a WHILE now. Now that I finally pulled the trigger I am not sure how I lived without it. I workout daily at home. I have a bench and weights and enjoy doing various floor exercises as well. My space is rather limited so I wanted something that l didn’t look hideous leaving out 24/7 in my bedroom. I knew I would only be kidding myself to think I’d be rolling this thing up everyday. I am PLEASED. The price, the build, the feel. Top notch. Made in USA. The brand is imprinted on the mat but is subtle and not obnoxious. Do yourself a favor.I was very impressed with the packaging and quality of this mat. It is being used for floor protection for my workout bench at home.This mat is wonderful. I love that it’s much bigger than a yoga mat. It’s also thicker, which is perfect on our cement floors. I love that you can easily roll it up and put it away in the provided bag. I have found lots of uses for this mat and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it came!I just got my mat in the mail today. This thing is much more thick and durable than I had anticipated. It is the perfect size for our in home gym. Would recommend !This mat is durable and easy to clean, I like the density of the material and have found this much easier on the joints than the hard floor or thicker mats I have used. I really like the feel of the material. We have left this down in a high traffic area and it has held up really well. Most of the time it just needs swept off with a broom. We have abused this mat and its still holding up great. This product is really easy for me to recommend.This mat arrived well-packaged in a storage bag. It had a slight smell out the bag that dissipated after a few hours of airing it out. It came rolled up, so I just let it sit, and it straightened out. It is thick enough to absorb some of the shock of high impact exercises, and it has a smooth surface. I've decided to store exercise equipment on it for now since it is big enough for that. Thia is a great mat that is durable.
